Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping to Canadian provinces on all orders of $99 and more. For orders less than $99 we have negotiated the best possible rates with our Courier Service providers so you always get the best shipping rates.

We provide ground shipping via multiple Courier Services. To optimize shipping time and cost, we will ship your order from one of our several warehouses across North America, depending on product availability and your location.

Since we ship via Courier Services and not through the federal postal service, we cannot deliver your order to a PO box. Please use a street address to expedite your delivery and to avoid delays.

New orders are usually processed by our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed by the warehouse the following Monday or Tuesday.

Once our warehouse prepares your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code. Please refer to your tracking code to check when your order is picked up, and to review the estimated delivery date.

Under normal circumstances orders may take from 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please be mindful that additional time is needed for order processing and delivery in the event of long weekends, extreme weather conditions, pandemic disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories and other extended areas in Northern Canada. You can contact us to find out about shipping to extended areas.

Returns:

*Please Note: All inquiries will be responded to ASAP during business hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.*

Due to COVID-19 all sales are final and we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.

We have a very easy to understand return policy:

  • We offer 5 days return with a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in original packing.
  • If a wrong item is delivered to you, we pay the cost of return shipping.
  • If the item delivered is correct, you pay the cost of return shipping.

Return Procedure:

  • Please contact us by email at cs@justsalontowels.ca and include your
     - Full Name,
     - Order Number,
     - Phone Number,
     - Email Address,
     - Reason for the Return.
  • Upon receiving your request, we will contact you with instructions on where to send the items.
  • After the items have been received and inspected, we will process your refund and the amount will be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • The restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refunded amount, and the return shipping cost will be deduced as well if applicable

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
